- Look at the receipt printer:
- Turn OFF the Printer
- Make sure the power cable connector is secured to the printer
- Make sure the communication cable (usually USB) is connected from the printer to the back of the computer
- Turn ON the printer
- Make sure the green light is ON
- Make sure you have adequate paper in the printer
- Try printing a sample receipt again (POS Main Menu, Print Receipt button)
- If still no receipts, contact your hardware technician
