  4. POS Not Printing Receipts
  • Look at the receipt printer:
    • Turn OFF the Printer
    • Make sure the power cable connector is secured to the printer
    • Make sure the communication cable (usually USB) is connected from the printer to the back of the computer
    • Turn ON the printer
    • Make sure the green light is ON
    • Make sure you have adequate paper in the printer
    • Try printing a sample receipt again (POS Main Menu, Print Receipt button)
    • If still no receipts, contact your hardware technician
