To Re-activate Staff:
Go to BOS, Utilities, Settings
Then scroll down to System
Find “View Activated Staff Only”
It will likely be set to YES, so turn it to NO and save.
Then try finding that staff member and uncheck the De-activate option and Save
Next you need to go back to the settings as instructed above and turn the View Active Staff Only back to YES
To Deactivate Staff:
Go to BOS, Utilities, Settings
Scroll down to System
Find “View Activated Staff Only”
Press NO to not see them
Products, Suppliers, or Customers:
Go to BOS, Utilities, Settings
Then scroll down to System
Find “View Activated Product Only”
It will likely be set to YES, so turn it to NO and save.
Then try finding records you want to access and uncheck the De-activate option and Save
Next you need to go back to the settings as instructed above and turn the View Active – Only back to YES
